We have put in place these protocols to ensure all our patients and staff remain healthy and comfortable when coming to Ridgedale Family Eye Care. Thank you in advance as we navigate these challenging times. These may change or be modified as new information becomes available.

● All visits will be by appointment only
● Text us when you arrive in the parking lot and we will let you know when to come up
● All paperwork should have been filled out online with our secure portal before arriving
● All patients must arrive wearing a mask and not remove during the entire visit unless asked to do so by a staff member
● When you arrive one of our patient guides will greet you at the door
● Temperature will be taken, and you will be asked a series of questions
● You will then be escorted to our hand sanitizing area to disinfect your hands
● You will then be brought into a completely disinfected exam room
● Upon completion, either your patient guide will check you out in the exam room or an Optical staff member will bring you to our disinfected frame area to help you choose your eyeglasses
